Hi All, I know that this has been a very frustrating thing for us all that are affected by this problem. It has since been fixed. If you are still missing your time you will need to update your support ticket with your current status. I also provided screen shots of the original amount of time lost and then what my current amount is after the 0.19 update. After they have a chance to look at it and you should see an updated amount of time added to your account.
Please note that since they provided me with premium time tokens that my new time is adjusted to count for these tokens.
